Jason and Dawn Tilby have been in the B/CS community for a combined over 40 years. Jason has lived his entire life in Bryan/College Station, in fact, his mother still lives in the same house that he grew up in!! Dawn came to College Station in 1998 when her father's radio job relocated their family to College Station from Knoxville, TN. Both graduated from A&M Consolidated HS in 2000 and both went on to go to college right here in B/CS. Dawn, a TAMU Graduate, Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2004, majored in Polictical Sciences and was studying to go to law school before she ended up deciding to get into the real estate business. Jason, worked his way through college, attending Blinn College while working a steady 45 hours weekly in the food service industry. Jason achieved his RE Certificate from Blinn in 2008 and quickly began working for a local broker in his off time from his other job and his studies. Dawn also received her RE Certificate at that time and began working for the same broker as an office/administration assistant. In 2009, Dawn and Jason began their own team, Team Tilby! In 2012, Jason and Dawn were married in Pensacola Beach, FL on the beach! Dawn and Jason enjoy traveling, camping, river floating, music festival-ing, concert going, and visiting with their friends and family in their free time.
